These are our own concept designs rather than client screenshots — we build and look after live sites for real businesses too, but we'd rather show you honest work of our own than borrowed logos. Early clients still get our best rates in exchange for a review.
Questions, answered plainly
How quickly will I see results?
Profile improvements often show within the first few weeks. Meaningful movement in local rankings usually takes 6–12 weeks, depending on your area and competition. Your monthly report shows the trend either way — no hiding.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. The one-time setup fee covers the up-front work in your first month.
Can you just set up my Google listing once, without a monthly plan?
Yes — a one-off set-up and full overhaul of your Google Business Profile is £400, done properly and handed over to you. Most owners choose a monthly plan instead, because Google rewards steady activity and the £295 setup is cheaper when it starts a plan — but the one-off option is there if that's all you want.
What if I don't have a website?
That's fine — many local businesses win plenty of work from a well-run Google profile alone. If you'd like a site, we build simple, fast one-page websites from £500 as a fixed-price project.
Are there any other costs with a website?
Your first year of domain and hosting is included in the build price. From year two, a simple £95/year covers your domain renewal, hosting, backups and small fixes — that's it. No hidden extras.
What if I can't pay for a website up front?
You can spread the cost over 12 monthly payments instead — a one-page site works out at £45/month, bigger rebuilds from £65/month. Your first year of hosting and domain is still included, and the site becomes fully yours with the final payment.
Do you only work with businesses in Swindon?
We're based in Swindon and know the area well, so local businesses here get the closest attention — but the work is done online, so we look after clients across Wiltshire and further afield too. If you're not local, nothing changes except we'll do our catch-ups by phone rather than in person.
Do you handle Facebook and social media too?
Yes — from £95/month added to any plan, or from £130/month on its own. We write and design the posts and put them out on a steady schedule, using photos of your real work. It's the same content thinking as your Google posts, so it costs less bolted onto a plan than bought separately.
What do you need from me?
About 20 minutes to get started, then almost nothing. We'll occasionally ask for photos of recent jobs — customers love seeing real work.
